Meet the Team

Rae-Anne Holloway

Hi, my name is Rae-Anne. I’m a mental health educator, facilitator and coach. I live every day with passion and purpose and my greatest wish is for everybody to live their life this way too.

After 20 years working in some incredible positions in government, corporate and non profit organisations, I’m extremely grateful. However a few years ago, I found I just didn’t fit in my workplace any more. I had returned from living a year in Ghana, West Africa and when I arrived back to work, my values had changed and everything I thought I knew and held true was challenged so much that I felt like a big fat square peg in a tiny little round hole.

It was time for a change

I have always loved finding out what makes people tick and motivating them to be their best. I am passionate about coaching and many times I had inspired and encouraged people to step out of their comfort zone and follow their dreams. So, finally I decided to jump off the cliff into the unknown and see what was out there for me. I mean – what’s the worse that could happen? Fortunately for me, the best has happened and now have my own successful coaching and training company. My life is everything I have ever dreamed of.

Carmen Franke

Hi, my name is Carmen, welcome to Transpiral!

I have worked for more than 20 years in disability, mental health, refugee services, child protection and youth services. It is a privilege to work with people, everyone brings their own unique story and experiences. My passion is to contribute to the wellbeing of people as a facilitator, counsellor, coach or practitioner.

Being a facilitator of the Mental Health First Aid course is always a rewarding experience, every time I learn just as much as the participants. Everyone is touched by mental health and illness either directly or indirectly and therefor often people are very connected to the topics covered.

When I’m not facilitating the Mental Health First Aid course, I work for a disability organisation as a consultant, study, spend time with my kids and partner, go to the gym, catch up with friends or walk on the beach with my dogs. I also love my holidays, in Australia (which is our home since 2005), back to the Netherlands or anyplace where we can enjoy nature, people or culture.

Dianne Pepicelli

Hi, my name is Dianne and I am an experienced, trainer and assessor who delivers both accredited and non-accredited training in a unique, stimulative and participative way. My approach results in very high levels of attendance, engagement and completion rates along with excellent student feedback and outcomes. I develop and maintain an authentic connection and relationship with my students and clients.

After years of experience working in my own businesses and for others, I now specialise in delivering training to job seekers and delivering training to corporate clients. My passion is to open up pathways for people to reach their goals by teaching them both physical and psychological skills. This enables them to appreciate their strengths and gain confidence in their abilities and gives them strategies to navigate the world of life and work.

My qualifications in Mental Health First Aid, counselling, retail, leadership and management along with my experience in success mentoring and training diverse groups means I am able to develop and deliver programs that include accredited and non accredited training that exactly meet my clients needs.

Shani Jae Prideaux

Hi, my name is Shani, I am an experienced mental health and wellbeing coach, counsellor and facilitator. For the last ten years I have taught holistic health, positive psychology and mental health programs, worked as a coach and counsellor in private practice and partnered with other allied health and fitness professionals in corporate and public settings.

Some of my speaking and teaching engagements include Healthy Kids Expo, Playford and Salisbury City Councils and corporate clients such as Clinpath Laboratories. I am a trainer and facilitator at Live Life Get Active Australia and workplace mental health educator for Transpiral and Australian Red Cross. My passion for mental health and education revolves around social inclusion, mental health and wellbeing literacy and advocacy of a health Australia.

Wonderful presenter, it was obvious that Rae-Anne has a passion for the topic and this helped make her an engaging educator.
MHFA workshop participant,
I just want to say thank you for the Mental Health First Aid training you delivered. You bring a breath of fresh air to an otherwise very intense subject.
Ersi S.,
The day was very informative with time for self-reflection and exercises to apply the knowledge to case work. I highly recommend financial counsellors and other case workers to attend the training. Rae-Anne’s presentation style was inclusive and participatory and I felt engaged and interested throughout the 2 days.
John Morris,
Working and being in a training room with Rae-Anne is amazing, she brings such energy with her. As a facilitator her delivery of training is so engaging you take in so much more information.
Julie M.,
Rae-Anne is a great instructor who is engaging at all times, clearly has a passion for her subject and experience beyond the content of the course.
MHFA workshop participant,
