Imagine a week just for you. No commitments, no emails, calendar or demands. Nothing to do but be.
To be you. To reconnect to the essence of you. To reconnect to your heart, mind, body and spirit.
When was the last time you connected with yourself?
Deeply connected.
When did you last get quiet, listen to your inner voice and make choices from your heart?
As women there are enormous expectations on us from all angles; our energy, attention, emotions, spirit and time.
In a world full of distractions and busy-ness, time to simply ‘be’ is rare, if at all. It’s up to us to make it happen, and in order to carve out time and space for us, we must become our number one priority. As the saying goes ‘put your oxygen mask on before helping others’.
Sometimes the only way to get quiet is to remove ourselves from the demands of everyday life. To retreat. Retreat within. To retreat from our physical space to a place where we are supported to explore our hearts greatest desires.
I have learnt, and sometimes the hard way, what happens when I don’t get still, retreat and practice extreme self-care.
On this 7 day retreat, your time will be devoted to reconnecting to you, your heart, your inner voice, your intuition and the essence of who you are. You will have time to be still, listen and get clear on your wellbeing and life goals. You will engage in ritual and ceremony as a way of remembering and healing and get clear on your wellbeing intentions and goals for your future self.
I have designed this retreat based on years of hosting retreats for others and importantly myself. I have carefully created a range of activities, rituals and practices to help you take a deep dive into your heart and nourish you on every level.
This intimate retreat is limited to 6 women only, so as to maximise the personalised experience for all.
These missions together form the “Tri Hita Karana”, a traditional philosophy for life in Bali.
Have you ever wondered how the Balinese people manage to live in such harmony with nature and other people? The philosophy behind that is the Tri Hita Katana. It covers three relationships: person and god/spirit, person and person and person with nature. All of these relationships have to be maintained to achieve harmony and prosperity.

I am a coach, counsellor, speaker, mental health educator, writer, meditation teacher and accredited mediator. I am passionate about helping people live well, and especially those living with invisible illnesses, like myself. I pride myself in holding safe, trauma informed spaces.
I have visited Bali over 30 times. I fell in love with Mama Bali over 20 years ago and find the sacred energy she gives to be deeply healing on every level.
I look forward to sharing my beloved Bali on this heart and soul nourishing retreat with you.

Elmina is also very passionate about holding trauma informed, safe spaces for others.
Elmina will be offering a range of gentle, nourishing yoga sessions, with the opportunity to use movement and questioning through self enquiry and journalling to tap into your deepest inner knowing.
And while Elmina’s pose looks impressive, she will be leading very gentle, nourishing sessions that are suitable for everyone, no yoga experience is necessary.
